Roswell Divorce: I have pictures of her with another man

Posted by William H. Sherman on Oct 26, 2014 | 0 Comments

Question: I have pictures of my wife cheating.  She has been seeing her boss at work.  I have been suspicious for about 6 months when she would come home late and say that she had to be at the office early.  She took a business trip with her boss and I think they stayed in the same room.

I saw her looking at an email account and then she left the room to go to the bathroom.  When she was in the bathroom I looked at the email account and I saw the pictures that she took with her boss.  They were not wearing a thing!  I couldn't believe it.  In one of the pictures her boss was just wearing an Atlanta Braves hat.  In another my wife was wearing a Bugs Bunny mask, but I can tell it's her.  In an email to him, my wife wrote that she'd like to sell her wedding ring to help him buy a new Audi car and a Ford truck.

She doesn't know that I found the pictures.  I need to hire a divorce lawyer ASAP.  I need help with this.  Can I use the pictures of her and her boss?  I actually sent the pictures to my email account but my wife doesn't know I have them.  She's a local doctor with a Roswell office.  I can send the pictures to you.

We live in Roswell and I work on Mansell Road, so I'm close to your office.  I'm not sure whether we will do an uncontested divorce or a contested divorce just yet.

Answer: Yes, it certainly sounds like the pictures with her and her boss can be used in a divorce proceeding.  They can be used to show adultery, among other things.  That could impact issues like alimony and other things.  It may make your wife more agreeable to a settlement on terms favorable to you.

Obviously, we'd like to do a full analysis of all the potential issues (such as asset allocation, child custody, child support, alimony, etc.), but proving through visual evidence that she has been cheating can be very impactful in a divorce case, whether it is uncontested or contested.
